Elizabeth’s career includes leadership roles at renowned companies such as KeHE, Whole Foods Market, and PRESSED, where she drove national sales growth, forged strategic retail partnerships, and expanded distribution in natural and specialty channels. Passionate about mission-driven business, she bridges commerce and impact through her roles on the Board of Directors for the Specialty Food Association and as an Advisory Board Member for V-Label International, along with several brand-specific boards.

Founded and led a fractional sales & consulting firm designed to accelerate visibility and growth for vegan and plant-based brands.
